Virtual Staging Pricing
StageCast uses a single one-time pack instead of a monthly plan. You buy credits once, use them when you have listings, and nothing renews.
What $9 gets you
Starter pack — $9 (one time)
15 credits. Each generation costs 3 credits, so a pack covers about 5 generations. After you activate a pack, the first 3 completed generations on your account are free, regardless of which photo or style you use — so a first pack effectively covers around 8 staged images.
The free allowance is once per account, not once per pack. Buying another pack does not reset it.
How the credit math works
A typical vacant listing needs the main living space, the primary bedroom, and often a dining area staged — three to four images. One Starter pack plus the free allowance covers roughly two listings at that level.
If a result is not usable, regenerating costs another 3 credits. Shooting the original photo well is the cheapest way to avoid wasted credits, which is why we published a photography guide rather than just selling more credits.
How this compares to the market
Virtual staging is generally sold in two ways. Human-designed services assign a real designer to each photo and typically charge per image with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround. AI tools generate results in seconds and usually charge a monthly subscription for a set number of images.
As of September 2026, human-designed virtual staging services commonly charge somewhere in the $16 to $75 range per image (for example, BoxBrownie lists a flat $24 per image). AI-based tools more often use monthly subscription tiers instead of per-image pricing — for example, REimagineHome's plans range from about $14 to $99 per month depending on volume. StageCast sits between those models: AI speed and cost, but bought once rather than monthly.
Competitor pricing changes frequently and varies by provider and plan — always check a provider's own pricing page before comparing.
Refunds
Unused packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests and order questions go to the email listed in our terms and refund policy.

Is there a free trial?
There is a free allowance rather than a trial: after activating a pack, your first 3 completed generations are free.
Will I be charged monthly?
No. There is no subscription. The $9 pack is a one-time purchase.
What currency am I billed in?
Always USD, regardless of the language the site is displayed in.
Do credits expire?
Generated results are stored for 30 days for re-download. Check the studio for the current status of your credit balance and past generations.
